eSports: Turn Play Into Picks

It’s basically soccer, but on Playstation or Xbox. With the growth in interest, E-sports have Pro teams, trainers and live audiences, but the field lives on a screen. Check out the E-sports page at https://betway.media/ which is home to games like Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, and FIFA. The matches run around the clock so there is something going on all the time to follow and bet on. This is very similar to streaming or highlights, just with betting markets.

Curious about what kind of bets you can make? Start with something simple like betting on the winner. Or if you want something a bit spicier, back a team to win a best of three. But there’s plenty more like map one result, total rounds, first dragon or first tower in League, or most kills.

If you’re just getting into the game, you’ll first want to watch a match from start to finish so you can see what all the fuss is about. Pay attention to the kill feed, objective timers, as well as any pause breaks that may occur. Then, check out the last five series, any map pools, and pay attention to any roster swaps that may have occurred. All times will be shown in SA time, allowing you to easily plan a session for after work or the weekend.

Getting started is easier than getting your driver’s license. Open the Betway mobile app, click that big register button, and then head straight to the eSports section. If you’re a new player, be sure to check out the available bonuses. The app layout is great, it’s easy to search for what you’re looking for, and each match page lists stats and recent results that will help you make informed decisions. Click on line-ups, compare teams, then go wild and test the waters. If you’re just starting out, the match page tools will help you keep pace. Want to level up your betting? You can always visit the eSports hub in the app for more details and live match odds.
